The 30th of December that had been awaited with great gusto by the class eights of that year had finally arrived. Those who fought tooth and nail to achieve their targets were tranquil : "You will reap what you sow."
Joel Kithinji emerged first overall (now Primary Scholar of the Year, 2008) with 440 marks (out of 500) and was ranked 24th overall in Nairobi province. Closely following him was Kimani Wagaiyu with 437 and 44th in Nairobi.
There were 8 students scoring 400 marks and above with the mean score as 377 out of 500 and we can see that the class did not rest on its laurels while working for K.C.P.E.

KCPE 2004

The 28th of December 2004 was a day like no other for many young Kenyan students who sat for their KCPE examinations that year; that Tuesday was the day their results were to be released.
