The Strathmore School Swimming Team, affectionately known as The Sharks, made a splash at the recent PIPSSA Swimming Tournament, demonstrating skill, speed and team spirit in the age groups represented.
Over 12 Years Category – February 6
At Peponi School, Ruiru, the Sharks competed fiercely in the Over 12 Years category. After a day of strong performances in multiple events, the team finished 2nd Runner-Up Overall.
Under 11 Category – February 7
The excitement continued the following day at Crawford International School, where the Under 11 swimmers delivered an outstanding performance. Their dedication and coordination earned them the coveted title of Best Boys Team.
A Team Effort
From precise strokes to powerful finishes, the Sharks proved that they are about discipline, resilience, and camaraderie. The support of coaches, parents and the school played a key role in motivating the team throughout the tournament.
With these strong performances, the Strathmore Sharks have set a high standard for the season.
